Sessions Pro for Cursor
These terms apply when you buy or use Sessions Pro for Cursor (the "App"), sold by LEX GLOBAL IT S.R.L., DN17 nr 268B, Romania, Trade Register no. J2018000908068, CUI 39743639 ("we"). Contact: contact@cursorsessions.com. By buying or using the App you agree to them.
1. What you get
- A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the App on up to 2 computers at a time, Mac or Windows in any mix. You can move it by deactivating a computer in the App.
- Need more? You can add 3 more computers to a licence for $9.99, one-time, as often as you need. Extra computers are part of the same licence and follow these terms.
- Use for personal and business purposes is allowed. Businesses need one licence per person using it.
- We may release updates. A lifetime licence does not oblige us to keep developing the App or support future macOS, Windows or Cursor versions forever.
- You may not resell, share, reverse engineer or redistribute the App or licence keys, except where the law expressly allows it.
2. Price, payment and delivery
The price is shown on cursorsessions.com (currently $15, one-time; 3 extra computers $9.99, one-time). Payment is processed by Stripe. LEX GLOBAL IT S.R.L. is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price. Your licence key is shown right after payment and emailed to you, and the App unlocks automatically if it's open. We issue an invoice for every purchase.
3. Free preview
Each computer gets one free 1-hour preview, which starts once an account in the App signs in to Cursor. When it ends, the App asks for a licence and, if none is entered, closes the account copies after a short countdown. Account copies don't open without a licence after that.
4. Refunds and your right of withdrawal
If Sessions Pro for Cursor isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, no questions asked. This also covers the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU consumers have for online purchases. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, its licence stops working.
5. Cursor, Anysphere and your accounts
- Sessions Pro for Cursor is an independent app. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by Anysphere, Inc., the maker of Cursor. Cursor is a trademark of Anysphere, Inc.
- The App runs the official Cursor app, which you install and use under Cursor's own terms. Use the App only with accounts you own or are allowed to use, such as your work, personal and client accounts, and don't use it to share one account between people. You're responsible for following Cursor's terms for each account.
- Anysphere may change Cursor in ways that affect the App. We'll try to keep the App working, but we can't guarantee it, and we aren't responsible for actions Anysphere takes on your accounts.
6. Revoking a licence
We may revoke a licence if it was obtained fraudulently, refunded, charged back, or shared publicly or used on more computers than allowed. If we do so by mistake, we'll restore it.
7. Warranty and liability
The App is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability is the amount you paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms reduces liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content.

9. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there. Please contact us first. Romanian consumers can also turn to ANPC (anpc.ro).
10. Changes
We may update these terms for future purchases. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase.
